Our hungry boy is really enjoying solid food! So far, he's eaten acorn squash, applesauce, butternut squash, strawberries and bananas--he only liked the acorn squash, strawberries & bananas though. I've been making his baby food, and it's very inexpensive, delicious, fresh, nutritious and surprisingly easy! It's great to know he's getting the best food he could get! In the picture he's got a strawberry mustache, and in the video he's helping me feed him bananas!!

It is so great that you are making Tagg's solid foods in the processor or blender for him to have the freshest, most wholesome, safest foods possible. And of course Mommy's milk is always the most perfect food of all! It looks like Tagg is determined that the banana spoon is HIS and he's gonna have it!
ReplyDeletei want to make my own baby food too when i have my own baby. That way i can make some for the baby and use some to make myself a healthy smoothie! lol!
ReplyDeleteI had a magic bullet -- this little mini blender -- with brogan and I made most of his food using it. Store bought baby food just isn't as good! plus, when he was less than a year old, brogan was eating thanksgiving dinner! big fan, he is such a good eater now. man, tagg is so stinking cute, and big. you guys look so happy. you are one lucky duck!
