Tagg got an interesting package in the mail from Grandma and Grandpa Klaiss the other day, and it happened to have his very favorite books in it! Guys, how did you know?! He must have been expecting these very books, because he adores them! This little guy reads them and reads them! And reads them! (Over and over :) And thanks to the combined efforts of the Grandparents Klaiss and our friends over at Backpack Books publishing, Taggert can now identify an ibex, an ox, a kookaburra, an emu, a golden eagle, a mongoose, and a gecko, just to name a few! He can also find all kinds of animal poop, no matter where it's hiding! Well, the skills just keep pilin' up, and all you generous family members are definitely rackin' in a hunk of the credit! Love you to pieces and miss you terribly!!!!

Hi, sweethearts! These pictures of Tagg opening his package and enjoying the books and showing his intense interest in examining the pages are just so dear! He is showing how much both your and Jed's love of books and reading has rubbed off on him which is a wonderful thing, for sure. It is amazing what sponges little folks are when exposed to new things. Some of those animals in the desert book are truly foreign to us, and now Tagg has an exposure to them while he is just a wee lad! We are so glad that he is loving having them. We sure do love having HIM! Can't wait to be with you! Lots of love to all of you from both of us.
